Product Overview

HomeFlex is Ribbon Finance's most versatile lending product, combining Full Doc, Alt Doc and Commercial lending into a single streamlined offering. Full Doc residential lending supports maximum LVR up to 95%, with owner-occupied rates from 6.54% p.a. and investor rates from 6.74% p.a.

The product supports loan terms up to 30 years with a maximum 5-year Interest Only period. A 100% offset facility is available (0.10% loading for Alt Doc), and a Prime OO Bundle Discount of 0.10% p.a. applies to investor loans up to 70% LVR when bundled with a prime full doc owner-occupied loan.

HomeFlex Commercial offers rates from 7.79% p.a. up to 75% LVR for established commercial properties, with interest only premium waived and large loan premium waived. Alt Doc option carries a 0.50% p.a. loading.
