HomeMega is Ribbon Finance's flagship high-value lending product, supporting residential, commercial, SMSF, bridging and expat lending from $100K to $15M+. With loan terms from 5 to 40 years, it offers unparalleled flexibility for substantial financing requirements.

Prime residential Full Doc rates start from 6.74% p.a. (≤65% LVR, ≤$2.5M), with Near Prime from 7.34% p.a. No credit score, CCR or DTI requirements apply for residential lending, and cash out is available for any purpose. Up to 6 borrowers, 4 loan splits and 4 offset accounts are supported with a 48-hour SLA to conditional approval.

Commercial lending rates start from 7.99% p.a. (Prime Full Doc, ≤65% LVR) up to $8M. SMSF residential rates start from 7.09% p.a. and SMSF commercial from 7.59% p.a. Expat Prime rates from 6.94% p.a. Non-Resident Prime rates from 7.34% p.a. with no redraw or offset.
