Product Overview

HomeRise is a no-clawback established property lending product spanning Prime to Specialist+ credit grades. With free redraw and no ongoing fees, it delivers straightforward, cost-effective borrowing. Prime Full Doc rates start from 6.49% p.a. (≤65% LVR) and Alt Doc from 6.59% p.a.

Maximum LVR is 80% with loan amounts up to $3M for Prime (≤80% LVR). Near Prime and Near Prime+ support up to $3M (≤75%). Specialist and Specialist+ are available up to $1.5M and $1.25M respectively at ≤75% LVR. Maximum borrower exposure is $10M.

Both Full Doc and Alt Doc income verification are accepted, and the product supports vacant land, cash out (unlimited for stated purpose) and debt consolidation. Category 1, 2, 3 & 4 postcode locations are all accepted. Application fee is $1,980 plus an establishment fee of 0.35%–1.75% depending on credit grade.
